We start with a detailed discussion including current health issues, concurrent medical problems, previous health concerns, family history and your nutritional status.
I might recommend further testing or carry out a physical examination such as taking your blood pressure.
I will then formulate your herbal prescription and dispense this for you to start your herbal medicine programme straight away.
Appointments available Monday to Thursday either in person or via Zoom. Food sensitivity testing and hair mineral analysis also available.
